What we collect on this website
Pre-orders: your name, phone number, pickup or delivery date, delivery address and order notes
Freezer order requests: your name, pickup date, animal, share size and the cuts you want
Emails and phone calls you send us
Basic, anonymous website statistics such as pages visited
How we use it
Only to cut and deliver your order, contact you about it and run the shop. We never sell your information and we never use it for outside advertising.
Delivery details
We use a delivery address and phone number only to deliver that order. We do not add them to any mailing list.
Text messages
We text you the weight and price of your order, a payment link for deliveries and a message when it is at the door. Meat share customers also get a reminder the day before each pickup. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Keeping it safe
Payments go through a secure payment link, so card numbers never reach our website forms or email. Please do not send card details by email or text.
