A half hog fills about four cubic feet of freezer space and gives you chops, roasts, bacon, ham and sausage. A quarter steer is about 100 pounds of steaks, roasts and ground beef.
Price is by hanging weight and includes cutting, wrapping and labeling. A deposit holds your animal once you book.
